New Moon Tea Time

Donations appreciated!

The new moon signifies the return of illumination; the faint crescent of light that will grow for the next 14 days, steadily waxing, until reaching full glow. Then, just as steadily, the moon wanes into total darkness. And so the cycle repeats.

This “return of the light” makes the new moon a fabulous time to hit the “reset” button. It’s the right time to connect with the little voice in your head, the intuition in your gut, the truth in your heart.

By establishing a simple ritual to realize your hopes, dreams and goals, you’re poised to shift desires into decisions. The new moon is your signal to steer your life in the direction you want to go! If this is alluring to you, this blog post explains more.

✧Buttonwood’s New Moon Tea: What to expect✧

Arrive around 7 to prepare a cup of tea and get settled.

About 7:15 we’ll burn a little sage to help clear the space and bring ourselves into the present moment! Then, it’s time for a brief round table introduction.

Every group is different, every individual brings something unique to the table. If you’re compelled, bring a poem or passage to share, or perhaps a nature-found object you are drawn to. We might try a guided meditation. We might just talk and laugh together! The key is to come with an open heart and mind.

Donations are graciously accepted as a way to keep the tea flowing and any supplies stocked. They can be made via PayPal.Me/ButtonwoodShopNH or at the shop by the register on the night of the gathering.
