WORKSHOP NOTES + POLICIES

Accessibility & Accommodations

Our workshops are held in an intimate studio setting with an adjacent restroom. While the front entry of our building has 3 small steps at the front entry, our side entry is wheelchair accessible and can be accessed upon request.

Let us know if you need any accommodations that we can plan for in advance. We will attempt to make the space functional for those with physical limitations, special needs, etc.

Age Requirements

Workshops are generally appropriate for ages 14 and over unless otherwise stated in the class description.

Minors must be accompanied by an adult and both must be registered for the workshop.

Community Guidelines

All are welcome here. This is a safe space for learning, creating, and connecting.

Incivility, cruelty, insults, slurs, hate speech and rude/inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. This goes without saying, but deserves to be said.

Wellness Protocol

If you are physically not feeling well, have been experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, or have been exposed to someone diagnosed with or exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19, please stay home. (See cancellation section for next steps!)

Minimum Enrollment

Our workshops are subject to minimum enrollment. If a workshop is canceled due to not meeting minimum enrollment, students will be notified via email and offered the option to:

  • Transfer to another workshop of equal or lesser value;

  • Receive a full refund;

  • Receive a credit to be applied to a future workshop.

Refunds & Cancellations

Life happens, things come up! Here are your options if you need to cancel:

Before the noted registration deadline: Participants may receive a full refund.

After the noted registration deadline: Due to the resources required to plan workshops in advance, we are unable to offer a refund or credit once registration has closed. *Participants may transfer their seat to a friend/relative.

This policy ensures our instructors and organizers are fairly compensated for the time it takes to bring these lovely opportunities to life!

Parking

On-street parking is free and plentiful. The parking lot behind the building is private and not permitted.

Thank you for your participation in our workshops; we appreciate the support of these class policies!
